Spinach Artichoke Dip

This recipe comes courtesy of one of the administrative assistants at my previous employer. It's fast, simple and loaded with cream cheesel; overall, I found it to be a perfect bring-something-so-you-don't-look-dumb dish. If you want to spice it up a bit, I recommend some Penzy's toasted onion or smoked Spanish paprika. Enjoy!

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl
  2. Spread evenly in a large casserole dish
  3. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot

    For added flair, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and increase to 1 cup. Too much cheese is difficult to do.
