Who I am

I’m a PHP/MySQL web developer with a heart of JavaScript and an eye for regular expressions. I believe that code can be as elegant as design can be beautiful and that the best part of programming is seeing people use what I’ve created.

What I do

Currently, I work for a small company in Bellevue, NE helping to maintain a web-based medical application that helps state governments pay for cancer screenings. Built on an in-house framework, driven by LAMP, and dressed up in JavaScript, it’s currently being run by over 7 state governments supporting over 400 users and screening hundreds of thousands of clients a year.

In my off hours, I moonlight as a JavaScript ninja and Ruby enthusiast creating small scripts and libraries to help other developers get excited about new languages and frameworks.
